Nourish to Resolve Program:

Includes two MMA tests.
- The first test is part of the Begin 2 Balance program to establish your baseline.
- The second test occurs at the beginning of the Nourish to Resolve Program to check your progress.
Additionally, you may opt for MMA retests at any time during the program, with a 25% discount on these retests.

Nourish to Revive Program:

Includes three MMA tests.
- The first test is part of the Begin 2 Balance program to establish your baseline.
- The second test occurs at the beginning of the Nourish to Resolve Program to check your progress.
- The third test is provided at the beginning of the Nourish to Revive Program, typically done after 6 months into your journey.
Additionally, the program includes a Functional Health Report, which is used to evaluate your health more effectively alongside the MMA tests. More information will be provided on the site in the near future.
