1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
1.1 Refunds for nutritional supplements are available within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
- Testing services, consultations, nutrition plans, digital products, and coaching sessions are not eligible for return or refund.
- Orders placed by non-members are not eligible for refunds and may be canceled at our discretion.
